Alpine Building Maintenance & Supply uses hospital grade disinfectants that kill 99.9% of all germs including the COVID-19. Our custodians are trained thru a six step process on the correct procedures to make sure they are cleaning surfaces correctly.  The product is applied, allowed to set for several minutes and then wiped clean with microfiber cloths.  All custodians wear gloves and us trigger spray bottles that are labeled.

We do this routine cleaning each time we are in your facility.   However,  if you find the need or desire to have additional disinfecting we have assembled special teams. Several of our customers have already taken advantage of these teams. In an effort to go above and beyond we have purchased two Electrostatic Disinfecting Sprayers.   These sprayers produce a static electric charge in the disinfecting droplets. By doing so it allows the droplets to cling to surfaces and envelope them. High germ surfaces such as handles, water fountains, restrooms, phones and counters are given special attention while spraying your whole office.
